LATTANZIO Safety Quality Environment S.r.l., thanks to its highly qualified team, designs and implements Quality Management Systems, in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001 regulation.
The professional qualifications of our team (assessors who operate as proxy for Certifying Bodies) grant to operate in different sectors and industries.
The operational procedures for the implementation of a Quality Management System, in compliance with the ISO 9001 framework, are the following:
- Identification of company processes regarding the application of the company’s Quality Management System;
- Evaluation of potential processes and procedures already implemented;
- Preliminary analysis of the company’s compliance with voluntary and binding regulations;
- Inspection of business premises that have to be certified (including construction sites for certain companies);
- Employees’ awareness on Quality Management System application procedures;
- Evaluation of Quality Management System documents and tools usage by company personnel;
- Management of potential suggestions or integrations by business segments involved;
- Fine tuning and ultimate drafting of Quality Management System documents;
- Internal audit (according to ISO 19011 guideline principles);
- Coordination activities to identify potential improvements, resulting in the integration of documents and/or the company’s operational procedures;
- Support to the choice of the Certifying Body;
- Participation to third-party audits performed by Certifying Bodies;
The introduction of the new regulation brought some integrations, such as:
- A new High Level Structure, designed to level out the different Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, new OHSAS 18001 –> ISO 45001)
- Analysis of the “Organizational Context” and related “Interested Parties”
- A “Risk-Based Thinking” approach to face risks related to potential threats and opportunities, which replaces the “Precautionary Actions” approach
- A substantial implementation of Senior Management involvement
- Informational documents to be kept for a proper Management System
