The research and consulting community, bringing different expertise in the development and promotion of maritime culture, gathered together during the two-day conference, held in Genoa on the 22nd and 23th of September on the occasion of the Genoa International Boat Show. The national Congress "Maritime and Naval Culture", at its second edition, has been organized by the Italian Navy League with the support of the University of Genoa and the Italian Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Tourism.

On behalf of Lattanzio Advisory, Anna Dondana, has addressed the participants with a speech about security risks in touristic harbours, illustrating a management model that starts from the analysis of risks related to different activities (shipbuilding but also restaurants and swimming pools) for then, on the basis of shared procedures, determine the specific responsabilities of ship owners and mangers for guaranteeing higher safety levels for employees and the environment.

The participation to the Congress, demonstrates the role of Lattanzio Advisory, which is among the key-players for supporting the naval and maritime sector, as showed by the project developed in collaboration with the European Maritime Safety Agency aimed to deliver e-learning courses in the field of maritime security.
